You should never try to make your own medicine, ever. If you have a local medicine man or even a head shop I would go there. I would buy only pre-packaged stuff made by professionals if you really want to try it. You could really harm your body and would not want to risk your health for a detox. Like I said the "tobacco shop" in your town has stuff that is pre-mixed and more healthy at a low cost.
