Is MCIPE Constructors and Professional Engineers a real company and has anyone ever been hired by them?

I received an e-mail from Al Robinson who is their "hiring manager" and he wanted to find out if I was interested in a drafting position. I went through all the steps for the hiring process and got to the skills assesment test and was stupid enough to purchase and down load the suggested study guide for 19.50. I called the company that sold it to me and told them MCIPE is a bogus company and they promptly issued my credit card a refund. MCIPE is not listed in any white pages, there is no company by their name at the address they list on their web site. Their phone number doesn't work and on and on. I have reported them to the BBB.
