How much money would it take to build this event deck? (MTG)?

The war zones are about 2 a pop wholesale, chimeric masses are a buck, and the rest is under a dollar. Very cheap. I would suggest adding 4 goblin chieftan, 2 goblin guide, and 4 koth to make it a decent deck. As it is the deck is kind of average to sucky.
