Would 168/104 blood pressure be considered a little high or worse.?

I haven't been feeling very well last couple weeks. Nausea, headache, and very tired all the time. Finally broke down and went to Med Express yesterday. Said my blood pressure was up and I needed to to my family doctor asap. Got an appointment tommorrow but not sure what to expect. Im 52 and overweight.
