What's wrong with me? Only two symptoms - Fever of 100-ish, and dizziness?

I'm not feeling nausea, no diarrhea, no nasal congestion, headaches, nothing else. My husband and I just can't figure it out. I'm pretty dizzy, and I have a fever around 100 or so. Mild, but should I be worried it's going to get worse? I've never had this happen before...
