I've been under a lot of stress lately, and I haven't been eating very good. Like, I would go days with very little food, like, 1 meal per day. Because I just don't feel like eating. And since then, I've been feeling really nauseous. To the point where I feel like puking. And it's been going on every day now. And when I try to eat food, I end up stopping. Because the thought of eating makes me sick. ): Is there anything I can do to stop the nausea or things that I can eat or drink that would help? Please and thank you. (:
