Is getting sick while drinking a sign of pregnacy?

i don't know that i'm pregnant and hope i am not, but the last two nights i became seriously ill after drinking. each night i only had about 3 shots, which isn't a lot for me. but i ended up seriously sick both times. i had terrible nausea and felt like vomiting. the first night i just went to bed and slept 12 hours, in the morning i felt fine. the second was even worse, i ended up shaking terribly as well as the nausea. i didn't think anything of it other then maybe i've caught some kind of virus, but today i checked my period tracker app on my iphone and realized i'm 16 days late. i plan to get a pregnancy test today, but my question is if getting sick and nauseous while drinking is a sign of pregnancy?
