I don't know what to do :/?

Hello i just want to start off by saying my last period ended may 10 and i haven't had a period this month yet. i did have some spotting last week very light tho just some pink when i wipe. i have been breaking out like i am going thru puberty again. my skin hasn't been this bad in years. and i have gotten nausea 4 out of the last 5 days i haven't felt it today tho and i never Puke just feel real icky. i've had a few dizzy spells nothing real bad tho. i have irregular periods but never this bad. any one have similar experience? i'm married so no rude comments please
