What helped your nausea and vomitting while pregnant?

Ginger. The root, ginger candy, ginger tea.. anyway you can get it down try it out. It's a natural anti-nausea remedy. Try what does appeal to you and what you know will stay down try different ways of making it up to make it more interesting. Then at night when you know you're stomach will be more tolerant of food.. eat something that you never had during the nausea/vomiting part of the day. Worry not it passes. Usually around 12 weeks if not prior. The doctor can give you a list of things OTC you can take to help ease it or prescribe you something mild.
