I suggest that you wait until you are no longer nursing to do the cleanse. Cleanses like that can release toxins into your breastmilk. (Just like when you work out too much your muscles can release toxins into your milk). I think that drinking even more water and adding more fiber into your diet could do the trick. Remember to increase your caloric intake, as with nursing twins you are burning off lots calories! If it continues to be a problem, talk to your doctor, or even ask the twins' pediatrician!
