Severe headache, what can I do?

I'm 11 weeks 5 days pregnant, and since yesterday morning I have a severe headache with nausea and vomiting. I know headaches are normal cause I get them all the time, but this one is so much worse than they normally are. My head feels like its going to explode. I went to bed last night hoping it would go away, and I woke up thismorning with it just as bad and puking. Tylenol isn't touching the pain. How do I make it go away. I have a screaming teething 13 month old right now and I can't handle this! What should I do?
