Is it possible im pregnant?

I had my tubes tied , a d&c and endometrial ablation in Jan this year, And my periods since then have been 4 to 5 days of med flow and thats it, Last month it was like a day or 2 and was hardly nothing really pink, now its getting close to my cycle again and im having alot of pregnancy symptoms. Like nausea, hot flashes cravings etc. I haven't took a test yet as im not too sure this is possible. I have 2 boys, 3 and 2 yrs old already. Please be nice about it.
