If the Kendrick Perkins trade never happened would the finals be different?

There is so many ifs in sports but if Danny Ainge could have refrained from making this years worst trade would the Celtics have won the series. Also Nate Robinson was a big loss to since him and Glen Davis had chemistry coming off the bench.
