I'm desperate to find a good, high-quality fiber supplement!! Help?!?

I tried taking CVS psyllium husk capsules, but they upset my stomach, made he feel bloated and uncomfortable and I stopped after a week. Plus, I don't think they did anything. Lately, I've been eating chicory root ice cream, and that REALLY helps, but it's so expensive and not practical to eat every day. Does anyone have any other suggestions what I can take?
