How do you find Holly Robinson on the Talk on CBS?

I used to really appreciate her on her series but on set or on the apprentice, I find her very judgemental and almost disrespectful to other hosts and some guest...as soon as people are not perfect she starts making that murky face... I am wondering if she sees herself on screen but more if she never made a mistake in her life.
