EMERGENCY!!! SWALLOWED BAD COCONUT WATER!?

i was cracking open a coconut just a minute ago n drank some of the water n it was sour. n i swallowed it. then i cracked it open n saw the inside below the husk was covered in mold n smelled horrible. what should i do? should i make myslef vomit?!
