Can you become nauseous from taking a hot bath?

I was taking a hot bath tonight and immediately after I got out, I felt nauseous and vomited in my mouth slightly. However, I did run cool water on my forehead before I got out, but it kind of worried me that a wave of nausea hit me so fast.
