You only two lamps; a heat bulb that's about 75 watts for babies that increases as they get older and a UVB that gives them calcium. Don't get a heat rock! Your temps 85 for babies 90-100 for adults and at night, just turn them both off. In the morning, turn them back on. Good luck! You sound like you have a great cage setup!
